Prachtige Dutch design stoel/feauteuil van designers duo Os & Oos.
Afmeting: 90 (b) x 80 (h) x 80 (d) cm
Steadfast in their belief that concept-derived objects can be rationalized with purpose, OS & OOS developed Keystone – an autonomous object put into balance by the underlying relationship of individual components. A rubber spanner keeps a Roman bridge – produced at European Ceramic Centre (EKWC) – and a concrete ‘keystone’ backrest from sliding out of place. Together, these three elements comprise a functioning chair that never physically connect.
The design duo – Oskar Peet and Sophie Mensen – began by sketching possible compositions. Exploring the right physical and visual balance, they scaled down a Roman bridge so that the same shape could function as a stool.
